We are using a system which is based on high ethics.  It is very successful.  You will receive a starting salary of $52,000 plus bonuses which will increase to $75,000 plus bonuses based on performance.   The right person, after twelve months, will be expected to be earning in excess of $100,000 minimum per annum.
